It is the goal of Reflections by Ruth to have complete customer satisfaction. If you ordered and/or received an item that is not correct, please let us know. At our discretion, we will make every attempt to satisfy the customer. All products must be returned in NEW (unopened and/or unused) condition.
All returns must have a pre-authorization from Reflections by Ruth. If the package return was not authorized, we reserve the right to not accept the package and return to the sender.
If the customer receives an item in which Reflections by Ruth made a mistake, we will send the correct item at no cost to the customer or issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be sent. In the event that you received a product that is not correct, you have the option to return it for a full refund, or we will replace the item with the correct product.
If you have received an order from Reflections by Ruth that is incorrect, you have seven (7) days to contact us from the time the product is delivered. Please Contact Us or call 215-534-0534. Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item. We will not accept any claims after seven (7) days.

Shipping charges for returns and, if applicable, shipping replacement items are the responsibility of the customer. Except if a mistake was made by Reflections by Ruth, all shipping charges for the return/exchange of an item will be paid by Reflections by Ruth.
If the customer chooses to return an item that contains a mistake and not receive an item in exchange, the customer will receive a full refund for the product from Reflections by Ruth within ten (10) business days of Reflections by Ruth receiving the product in new condition.
